THE ROLE
We're creating a loved brand in Europe, and this is where your story begins!
As the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will be pivotal in driving our brand's evolution across Europe by bringing top talent on board.
Specifically, we expect you to:
- Drive our Hiring roadmap, leveraging the best talent acquisition, aligned with our business goals and company stage
- Improve and run our hiring process and guidelines, focusing on technical and cultural fit
- Define the hiring and employer strategy, inside-out
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and team managers to ensure seamless execution supported by the best talent on board
Mandatory requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in multiple companies
- Experience in recruitment at a tech company or startup
- Hands-on experience in the interview process, employer strategy, and culture-building
- Experience at B2C businesses
Brownie points:
- Experience at a medium-sized startup, ideally at a scale-up stage
- Experience with OKRs, Roadmaps and priorisation systems
- Dog owner.
