As a Senior Influencers/Affiliates Specialist at Barkyn, you will play a critical role in driving brand awareness and customer acquisition through strategic influencer and affiliate partnerships. You will be responsible for identifying and collaborating with influential individuals and affiliates to promote Barkyn and drive growth. Your expertise in managing influencer and affiliate programs, particularly in e-commerce and B2C companies, will contribute to the expansion of Barkyn's reach and success.

Specifically, we expect you to:

  • Develop and execute the influencer and affiliate marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition;
  • Identify and build relationships with key influencers and affiliates in the pet industry and related fields to establish partnerships that align with Barkyn's brand values and target audience;
  • Manage and nurture relationships with influencers and affiliates, ensuring effective collaboration and mutual value creation;
  • Collaborate with influencers and affiliates to create engaging content and promotional campaigns that resonate with Barkyn's target audience;
  • Track and analyze performance metrics of influencer and affiliate campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization;
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging influencers/affiliates, identifying new partnership opportunities that align with Barkyn's growth objectives.


Mandatory requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in influencer and affiliate marketing or related roles, specifically within e-commerce and D2C companies;
  • Proven track record of influencers channel rapidly gaining prominence and becoming a pivotal revenue channel with substantial growth;
  • Managed a network of hundreds of influencers and affiliates, ideally in more than 2 countries;
  • Proficient in tracking and analyzing performance metrics of influencer and affiliate campaigns.
