Job Description - Revenue Operations Manager
We're building a love brand in Europe, and this is where your story begins! As a Revenue Operations Manager, you will be a key player in our team, driving data-driven strategies to enhance conversion rates, improve customer lifetime value (LTV), and reduce churn across our e-commerce platform.
Specifically, we expect you to:
- Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and areas of opportunity within our sales and marketing channels.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards that provide clear visibility into key performance metrics, conversion rates, customer behavior, and other critical data points.
- Utilize data insights to recommend actionable strategies to improve conversion rates, optimize customer acquisition, and maximize overall revenue.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of various marketing and sales channels, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to implement data-driven strategies that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of conversion efforts.
- Test and refine conversion funnels to maximize lead-to-customer conversion rates and minimize churn.
- Evaluate, implement, and manage tools and technologies that enhance data collection and operational efficiency
- Ensure that all tools and systems are optimized for accuracy, scalability, and ease of use.
- Stay updated on the latest tools and technologies in data analytics and revenue operations.
- Oversee and manage the revenue operations budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights and recommendations that support business planning and strategic initiatives.
- Conduct regular analysis to measure the success of business strategies and campaigns, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Support business development activities by providing analytical support, market insights, and revenue growth opportunities.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in revenue operations, data analysis, or a similar role within an e-commerce company.
- Proven experience with Looker or other advanced data analytics tools.
- Demonstrated ability to improve conversion rates, increase customer lifetime value, and reduce churn.
- Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and digital marketing channels.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel, SQL, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools.
- Experience managing budgets, financial forecasting, and business analysis.
- Fluent in English, and Portuguese or Spanish.
- Experience in a medium-sized startup, ideally in a scale-up phase.
