THE ROLE
We're creating a loved brand in Europe, and this is where your story begins!
As the Data Lead, you will be pivotal in driving our brand's evolution across Europe. Your responsibilities will span strategic leadership, product development, and innovation.
Specifically, we expect you to:
- Drive the evolution of our Data roadmap and priorities, leveraging product insights, business intelligence, analysis, and strategic decisions
- Execute Data initiatives together with the team
- Define and improve the architecture of our Data structure and Dashboards to be aligned with our business goals
- Define the strategy and execution of Data integration at our product and customer experience
- Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and team managers to ensure seamless execution and efficient prioritization
Mandatory requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience
- Experience managing Data teams (Lead/Manager/Head) and company stakeholders
- Hands-on experience on reporting, analytics, dashboards and BI
- Experience with BigQuery or similar and Google Cloud
- Minimum experience with Python
- Experience at B2C businesses
Brownie points:
- Experience with AI models
- Experience at a medium-sized startup, ideally at a scale-up stage
- Experience with OKRs, Roadmaps and priorisation systems
- Dog owner.
